Blackchat on Thursdays
Broadcaster: Paulette Whitton
News and Current Affairs program with your host, 2006 Deadlys Broadcaster of the Year & recipient of the 2008 CBAA Contribution to Indigenous Broadcasting award, Paulette Whitton.

Blackchat is co-produced by Dhungutti woman & Cadet Producer/Broadcaster, Larteasha Smith.

Hi all,

Each Thursday on the Blackchat program we talk about matters relating to Law.

On Thursday 4 February 2010......

It is almost common knowledge that our peoples come into contact with the law more frequently than other groups. The latest edition of the Indigenous Law Bulletin takes a deeper look at the issues involved from the Coroner's report into the death of a man in the back of a police transport vehicle to the needs of women and children on the inside.

Plus more!

So tune in from 9am to 12noon for Blackchat, on your local Aboriginal community radio station, Koori Radio 93.7FM.

If you have a story or event happening in your community, don't forget to tell us about it! Send an email to blackchat@gadigal.org.au  or call the team on (02) 9384 4013 or (02) 9384 4000.

Stay strong, stay deadly and stay beautiful!

Cheers,

Paulette
