This was highlighted in an incident where a young Aboriginal boy in Western Australia was charged for possession of stolen goods. The 'stolen goods' were a Freddo Frog and a novelty sign. Years later, the former residents along with Pastor Ray Minniecon, have developed a corporate strategic plan to help heal their scars.
